In his current role, Chris works to bring overall operational excellence to both The Club at New Seabury on Cape Cod, Massachusetts as well as Grand Harbor Golf & Beach Club in Vero Beach, Florida. 

 

Chris is a 25-year veteran of the club industry and has managed a mix of large-scale resorts and private membership clubs all over the world.  Prior to his current role, Chris enjoyed a very successful 16 year career managing clubs for Troon, most recently as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  From 2012-2015, Chris served as Group General Manager of Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club in the United Arab Emirates.  Chris also served as the Golf Club General Manager of Trump Turnberry in Scotland from 2009-2012.  During his tenure in Scotland, Chris hosted both The Open Championship in 2009 and The Senior Open Championship in 2012.  Prior to 2009, Chris served in various senior club leadership roles in North Carolina, Florida, Nevada and Colorado.

 

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.  He is an active member of the Club Manager's Association of America and the PGA of America.
